I have finished my studies at Evolve Life Coaching College at London. All my practices were about Goal Setting Life Coaching using different interventions:

I personally guiding females to overcome their obstacles either from their past life or from the present moment using different interventions for each sessions just to increase the changes and personal transformation:

Each of my sessions are unique, never the same is because I build my sessions to my client needs.

I provide after each session a personal report for our sessions, therefore my clients can reflect on their achievements and transition as well they can get back to those tools and memories whenever they need them. 

About my sessions:

1-2-1 sessions are: 50 - 60 minutes long

Online options are:  phone call or video call option.

In Person Sessions are at my home office (NG5 3HJ, Nottingham) and only for females available my coaching services, please pay attention for my request.

Life Coaching Session:

1-2-1 Online via: Zoom, Goog Meet, WhatsApp …

Session time: After your discovery call established, you will have an 50-60 minute Life Coaching Session. Please make sure you fill out my coaching agreement before we start our first session and send it back to me in an advance. 

You don't have to have any previous experience is because our first session is all about knowing you personally and finding out where we going at our next session. You will receive a short summary from our first session which you can reflect later on how many things have you achieved and overcome from our sessions.

Each Session built personally for your needs, using NLP, Visualisation, Mindfulness Practices  and Guided Imagery, Journaling etc…

You can choose for your next session after our first session has ended. 

Price list: 

4 session discounted: £280

6 session discount: £400

If you wish to visit me in person, please book your session in advance by 2 working day ahead to make sure your spot can be secured.

If you wish to continue with me as choosing 4 or 6 sessions packages that will include:

Self Assessment and reports from our sessions. To follow your growing journey and achievements, as well you can reflect on this at later on if you need it. 

During our sessions I offer personal support and care as well as checking on your email or WhatsApp text message. (If you need it).
